Please keep my worktime before Commissioning me. I work at my own pace and will not rush anything unless you pay a fee

I , the Artist , have the right to display them on my socials to advertise my work unless a NDA fee has been agreed to and paid in full.

Commercial or Merchandise use can be bought at any time after delivery. You will be charged depending on the original quote.

I do not provide the Clip studio paint files with my delivery.[Exception: Vtuber Models]

All my Commissions are Digital, I'm not responsible for producing physical work of my work for merch or product of any kind.

"Skebs" are surprise me Commissions where I create a mystery drawing for you. There'll be no wips or revisions

✘ Claim my work as yours, trace, render or edit it. (This includes the client)

✘ Repost without proper Credit

✘ Use my art for AI training, NFTs, crypto-use or anything frowned upon

Certain Expressions/Gestures (such as ahegao) and clothing that show genetalia/bulges are considered NSFW.

Implied sexual themes also count as NSFW, regardless on if anything is shown.

Micro bikinis are NSFW due to their sexual nature.

Lingerie/Bikinis are not considered NSFW unless anything from above applies

I'm open to work with any bodytype and gender (including petite women) but NEVER Lolis or shotas.

I retain the right to cancel and refund a Commission at any time. Reasons may not be disclosed.

I only accept Payment over Paypal, Ko-fi or Vgen payments (Stripe, Visa, Credit Card).

Payment is always fully upfront. Waiting for payment will delay the work.

I'll do payment plans starting from 70$. I will start once 50% is paid. Art will be sent after full payment is received.

3 month+ payment plans may have an extra charge to cover the heavy fees lost in split payments.

Refunds are possible until I start the Commission. You may not receive any refund after the Sketch has been started.

You may not receive a refund if you cancel the Commission past the Sketch stage.

Please do not Commission me if you're in a financial difficult situation. I do not provide refunds at all - no matter why

Current TAT: 5 Weeks [Excluding International/French Holidays]

Please inform me of hard deadlines upfront. Depending on deadline a rush fee is needed.

Each extra Character adds +14 days on top of the worktime

Multiple Commission requests will be finished one at a time. This is to ensure quality for each artwork

5 free changes during the sketch stage. After the sketch is approved, changes cost extra. Please inform me ASAP

Changes will not be made until change fee has been paid in full. Waiting may delay delivery.

If you need multiple sketch ideas to choose from then there will be an extra fee.

I retain the right to refuse changes on finished artwork if it results in me partially redrawing most of it.

Clear references of the Character(s)

Pose, expression and outfit references (unless Skeb or creative freedom)

Extra add-ons (eg: how many Characters, extra props or background? Anything special?)

Is there something important I need to know about your Character? (Do they have scars? Special Design points?)

Is this a personal use comm or are commercial/merchandise rights needed?

Is a NDA needed? (non-disclosure agreement - meaning I charge a fee to not post it)

Do you have a hard deadline?

Do any of my fees apply?

Can I turn the Adopt into a personal keychain/merch? Of course ! Dm me for a Transparent Image

Do we get discounts for updated design re-draws? Yeah!! Just ask me~

Can I create different Species versions of the Design? Of course ! Be creative :D
