General Information

  • Characters/Concept Designs that I work with belong to their respective owners.

  • I retain the right to advertise my Commissions with my work unless a NDA fee has been agreed to and paid in full.

  • All my drawings are for personal use unless specified otherwise. Additional rights may be bought at any time, message me for this <3

  • I do not provide the Clip studio paint files with my delivery. Merchandise work will come with + without signature

  • All my Commissions are Digital, I'm not responsible for producing physical work of my work for merch or product of any kind.

  • Messaging me to inquire about NSFW content means you confirm to be 18 or older. I retain the right to decline a Commission if I'm unable to verify your age/you're acting suspiciously childish regarding it.

  • Please credit my Vgen or Carrd when posting. Tagging me on social media is fine~

  • You may not trace, render or edit my work.

  • You may not use my work for AI training, NFT, crypto use or for anything related to this.

What do I consider NSFW?

  • Certain Expressions/Gestures (such as ahegao) and clothing that show genetalia/bulges are considered NSFW.

  • Implied sexual themes also count as NSFW, regardless on if anything is shown.

  • Micro bikinis are NSFW due to their sexual nature.

  • Lingerie/Bikinis are not considered NSFW unless anything from above applies

  • I'm open to work with any bodytype and gender (including petite women) but NEVER Lolis or shotas.

Everything above depends on the context of the Commission, I hold the final decision on if it's crossing to NSFW or not.

I. Payments/Refunds

  • I retain the right to cancel and refund a Commission at any time. Reasons may not be disclosed.

  • I only accept Payment over Paypal, Ko-fi or Vgen payments (Stripe, Visa, Credit Card).

  • Payment is always fully upfront. Waiting for payment will delay the work.

  • I'll do payment plans, just ask! I will start once 50% is paid. Art will be sent after full payment is received.

  • Longer payment plans (3 months or above) may have an extra charge.

  • You may not receive any refund after the Commission has been started.

  • I do not refund cancelled Commissions that have been started. If you'd like to change the drawing instead, dm me.

II. Working Time/Requesting Changes

  • Current TAT: 6 Weeks / 7 Weeks for Reference sheets.

  • Each extra Character adds +14 days on top of the worktime

  • Please inform me of hard deadlines upfront. Depending on deadline a rush fee is needed.

  • Multiple Commission requests will be finished one at a time. This is to ensure quality for each artwork

  • I offer 5 free changes during the sketch stage. Changes after will cost extra.

  • Changes/Progress on the Commission will not be made until change fee has been paid in full.

  • Refusal to pay for changes will result in me finishing the Commission as-is.

  • Non-responsive Clients for 2 days or above will have their Commission put on hold. A new delivery date may be given.

  • If you need multiple sketch ideas to choose from then there will be an extra fee.

  • I retain the right to refuse changes on finished artwork

III. Commission progress / Updates

I only provide the Sketch for approval and then finish the drawing without further visual Updates.
Please let me know if you'd like a visual update for each stage so I can provide them.
Skebs are an exception to this - there will be no wips or visual updates.
Please be upfront but respectful when asking for updates. Do not spam me for a reply

IV. Extras/Fees

I'm generally open to negotiate pricing on my Designs - mainly when they're a bit older~

Notice when offering art:
Please have the art be done within 1 month unless discussed otherwise.
I don't mind giving more time as long as you give updates. No communication = no extension.I retain the right to accept new offers on the Design once the deadline has passed. I may sell the Design without notice!!
The agreement (art for Design) is automatically cancelled.I'm not obligated to transfer the Design if the deadline has already passed.
I may still provide the Design at my own discretion but I'm unlikely to do so.

Blacklist

Please don't sell, trade or gift my designs to these people.
