General Information
Characters/Concept Designs that I work with belong to their respective owners.
I , the Artist , have the right to display them on my socials to advertise my work unless a NDA fee has been agreed to and paid in full.
You will not receive the CSP files, you will only receive the drawing in High Resolution + Transparent via Email/Chat if requested.
All my Commissions are Digital, I'm not responsible for producing physical work of my drawings for merch (Dakimakuras, prints,..)
"Skebs" are surprise me Commissions where you provide me an OC and I will then create a mystery drawing for you. There will be no revisions. I'm open to do changes free of charge if I overlooked them in their ref, otherwise I'll give you a quote depending on change(s)
Rejected Sketches/Concepts might be turned into YCHs or Adopts ! - DO NOT pay other Artists to finish my Sketches unless I allow it.
Please don't:
✘ Claim my work as yours, trace, render or edit it. (This includes the client)
✘ Pay others to finish or "fix" my Sketches/Artwork.
✘ Repost without proper Credit towards me and the OC Owner
✘ use my art for AI training, NFTs, crypto-use or anything frowned upon
What do I consider NSFW?
Certain Expressions/Gestures (such as ahegao) and clothing that show genetalia/bulges are considered NSFW.
Micro bikinis are NSFW due to their sexual nature.
Lingerie/Bikinis are not considered NSFW unless anything from above applies or you want it to be NSFW
I'm open to work with any bodytype and gender (including petite women) but NEVER Lolis or shotas.
Everything above depends on the context of the Commission, I hold the final decision on if it's crossing to NSFW or not.
I. Payments/Refunds
I only accept Payment over Paypal, Ko-fi or Vgen payments (Stripe, Visa, Credit Card).
Payment is always fully upfront. I allow split payments for orders above 40$ with minimum 50% upfront.
50% upfront is my minimum to start your Commission. Waiting for payment will delay the work.
Payment plans are possible for big orders (90$+).
Refunds are possible until I start the Sketch. Refund requests for "I don't like the artstyle" etc will be rejected.
You're ONLY eligible to a full refund if I wasn't able to finish the drawing within our agreed deadline.

I usually offer bi-weekly or weekly payment options but am open to make a special plan depending on order :3
Minimum per payment is 20$.
Cancel a payment plan? Please be aware that I will not be refunding anything unless I haven't started any work.
II. TAT/Working Time
Current TAT: 3 Weeks [Excluding Sundays + International/French Holidays]
Please inform me of hard deadlines upfront so I can adjust the pricing depending on if a rush fee is needed.
Each Canvas is a new Commission with their own TAT. Each extra Character adds +6-7 days on top of the TAT.
If you Commission multiple things at once then they will be done after each other, please don't expect me to finish everything at the same time. This is to ensure quality for each artwork
Please try to not ask for daily updates on your Commission.
I only show the Sketch for approval and then finish the drawing without further visual Updates.
Please let me know if you want a WIP of each stage so I can provide them.Spam dming or trying to rush me may result in a block after the Commission is delivered. If you need it by a certain deadline, communicate and pay a rush fee if needed. Thank you!
III. Extras/Fees

You're able to buy Commercial rights at any time.The commercial fee will be charged based on what you originally paid.

All Sales are final! Payment plans can be discussed, a non-refundable downpayment is required.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if anything is unclear.
I'm okay with
Asking for holds! I usually hold for 10-14 days but can extend if you give me specific pay dates and a non-refundable downpayment.
Ask to buy Commercial use so you can use them for profit (ex: Fusion charts, merch, ...)
Redesign the Adopt ! Just don't create a whole new OC
Co-own my Designs ! Please don't try to involve me into dramas regarding ownership~
Species/Gender swap them <3
I'm NOT okay with
Adopts being sold for above their worth! Please be mindful and fair with pricing your own art as worth.
Don't sell Adopts you didn't pay for ! You may NOT sell Adopts you received via trade or freebie.
Ask for holds and then ghost me ! If it happens frequently I will soft-block you from freebies, giveaways, discounts and more
Create duplicate/"sibling" designs if it's just copy-paste or genderbent! That's theft.
Blacklist
Blacklist includes their alts.
I don't like to have a blacklist so I'll only mention people I'm very uncomfortable with / who hurt my friends !
Lxuna._ -> Faking "Emergencies" to get money, generally Problematic with multiple bewares
Paraloona/Cryptid/Loona -> Block evading, multiple bewares
de4dsoulsp -> Creating drama
These are Skeb drawings - meaning you'll receive no WIP and just the final drawing
These prices are only valid if bought together with the Adoptable+2-5$ complexity
