General Information
Characters/Concept Designs that I work with belong to their respective owners.
I , the Artist , am the Owner of the Artworks I produce and have the right to display them on my socials to advertise my work
You will not receive the CSP files, you only receive the drawing in High Resolution + Transparent via Email!
All my Commissions are Digital, I'm not responsible for producing physical work of my drawings (Keychains, Dakimakuras, prints,..)
I have the right to use rejected Poses/Sketches as YCHs. I will only "hold" rejected ideas for 2 months, after that I'll repurpose them.
✘ Claim my work as yours, trace, render or edit it. (This includes the client!)
✘ Paying others to finish my Sketches
✘ Repost without proper Credit (Mainly if you're not the Client)
✘ AI training, NFTs, crypto-use
✘ Using my Artworks if you weren't the Client.
What do I consider NSFW?
Specific Expressions/Gestures (such as ahegao etc) and specific clothing that show genetalia are considered NSFW
Lingerie/Bikinis are not considered NSFW unless anything from above applies.
I'm open to work with any bodytype and gender (including petite women) but NEVER Lolis or shotas.
Everything above depends on the context of the Commission, I hold the final decision on if it's crossing to NSFW or not.
I. Payments/Refunds
I only accept Payment over Paypal, Ko-fi or Vgen.
Payment can be fully upfront or 50%-50% (Before and after Sketch)
50% upfront is my minimum to start your Commission. Waiting for payment will delay the work.
Payment plans are possible for big orders. Payment plans will never have refund options.
I only allow refunds if no Sketch has been started by the time you request one.
You're eligible to a full refund if I wasn't able to finish within our agreed deadline.
II. TAT/Working Time
Current TAT: 8-14 Days [Excluding Sundays + International/French Holidays]
Custom/Redesign TAT is 7-10 days max
YCH TAT is 24-48 hours max each, Bundles will depend
Please inform me of hard deadlines upfront so I can confirm it. Rush fee may be needed
Each Canvas is a new Commission with their own TAT. Each extra Character adds +5 days max
If you Commission multiple things at once then they will be done after each other, please don't expect me to finish everything at the same time. This is to ensure quality for each artwork
Please make sure to check my Trello before dming me for updates.
Spamming me for updates will not speed up your Commission.
Small note: My Memberships give monthly discounts ranging from 5-15% depending on the tier.I sometimes offer discounts for certain Holidays(Christmas, Easter,...) so they add up for that month.Example: 5% membership discount + 10% holiday discount = 15% total!
III. Extras/Fees

You're able to buy Commercial rights even months after the Commission has been deliveredThe commercial fee will be charged based on what you originally paid. It's 2.5x of that pricing
