General Information
⤷ Do not edit, trace or use my art as a base. If you see a mistake, let me know !
⤷ Do not feed my Art into AI or use it for NFT.
⤷ All my prices are for already created Designs with a clear reference.
Descriptions do not count as references. You will be charged an extra 20-25$ Design creation fee.
⤷ I may charge a complexity fee for Character Design with detailed, difficult and complex details.
You may send me the Character upfront and ask if such fee will apply.
I. Payments/Refunds
I retain the right to cancel and refund a Commission at any time. Reasons may not be disclosed.
I only accept Payment over Paypal, Ko-fi or Vgen payments (Stripe, Visa, Credit Card)
I do not provide refunds once the Commission has been paid.
⤷ I only provide refunds if I've failed to finish the Commission by the Delivery date.
Payment is fully upfront unless discussed otherwise.
⤷ Split payments are fine ! Just inform me how it will be split + what dates you can pay :>
I require 50% to start and the full amount before I provide the finished product.

II. Work Time / Deadlines
My worktime is up to 2 months max per drawing
⤷ Each extra Character/add-on adds +14 days on top of the worktime
Please inform me of hard deadlines upfront and pick the matching rush fee if needed.
⤷ Rush fees wary between 40-120% depending on wished delivery date
⤷ Please refrain from asking for updates too frequently.
If you need weekly updates, let me know and I'll do my best to adjust to your request.

⤷ My Delivery dates are "expected by" - Meaning the art should be done around that time.

Worktime depends on what you buy, my queue and how complex the idea/design is.
III. Changes / Fees
I only provide changes during the Sketch phase
⤷ Please request everything upfront in one text so I can work on everything in one go !
⤷ Pose changes are not part of the free changes.
Skebs are an exception to this - there will be no wips, visual updates or changes.
⤷ Skebs are "surprise me" type Commissions where I have full artistic freedom and basically do a drawing of my Choice.
Errors made on my side will be corrected at any phase (including after delivery) to no extra cost.
⤷ The detail must be clearly visible in the reference sheet. I do not edit stuff that wasn't in the ref sheet~
IV. Extras/Fees
